Moringa Avocado Hummus


Bright and flavourful, this snack will keep you energized long after its gone!



1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup evoo
1 garlic bulb

6 mint leaves
1 avocado
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas

2 ts moringa powder
1/2 ts flake salt
pinch of chili flakes


  1. In a blender or food processor, add the lime juice, oil, mint, garlic, avocado & a third of the chickpeas and blend until smooth.

  2. Add the mooringa, salt, chili and the remaining chickpeas, continue to blend until the texture is smooth and creamy.

TIP: if the hummus is really thick, add a tbd of cold water at a time until the mixture is moist enough to blend thoroughly.
